The Summer Youth Academy places emerging workers (ages 16-24) that need real-world workplace experience with local participating businesses who need access to quality young adult workers.

Youthbuild is a national program that works to unleash the intelligence and positive energy of youth to rebuild their communities and their lives while providing hands on training to start a career in the construction trades.
The National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP) engages youth and adults in training activities that lead to industry-recognized credentials in high growth occupations and job placement. We assist each individual to determine his/her employment needs, explore careers and acquire the skills needed to meet local labor demand.
